CODDLED EGGS This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Crawford Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
3 tablespoons cream |
seasoning to taste |
butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Lightly butter individual baking dishes. 2. Place an egg into each. 3. Pour cream over. 4. Lightly season and bake in moderate oven only until egg is set. |
