COD AND BROCCOLI BAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kilgore Estate in Little Elm, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen broccoli spears cooked and drained |
1 pound cod fillets |
1 can cream of broccoli soup |
1/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon butter melted |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Arrange broccoli in shallow baking dish then top with fish. 2. Mix soup and milk and pour over fish then sprinkle with cheese. 3. Mix bread crumbs, butter and paprika then sprinkle on top. 4. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes then serve immediately. |
