If you love coconut, you'll enjoy these coconut based yummy waffles Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup shredded coconut |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 eggs beaten |
2 cups milk |
4 teaspoons margarine or butter melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, shredded coconut, salt, sugar and baking powder. 2. Add milk, beaten eggs and melted shortening. 3. Beat well. 4. Cook in hot well-greased waffle iron until golden brown. 5. Serve with a Peach-Blueberry Sauce or any fruit sauce |
