I haven't tried this yet. I just found it and am posting it until I can try it. The amount of servings wasn't specified. I imagine it would depend on how many slices of bread you use (which wasn't specified either).
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
bread (use a thick bread, regular white bread is too soft and will not hold up)
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and spread on bread. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
