                    Try this over pancakes for a tropical addition to your syrup collection.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk  |  
                                                1 cup flaked coconut  |  
                                                3/4 cup brown sugar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a heavy saucepan, combine coconut cream, flaked coconut and brown sugar. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Transfer to a blender, and puree until smooth. 4.
