Can you say YUMMY ?!! Scrumptious mix of flavours made utterly delectable with a topping scoop of French Vanilla ice cream. A simply great dessert for summer time grilling. Ingredients:
4 fresh peaches |
4 ounces sugar |
2 ounces butter |
2 ounces desiccated coconut |
Directions:
1. Cut peaches in half and remove the stones. 2. Place in a pan with half the sugar. 3. Barely cover with water, bring to the boil and poach for 5 minutes. 4. Preheat the BBQ grill to hot. 5. Blend the butter, sugar and coconut together. 6. Remove the peaches from the pan and place in a shallow flameproof dish. 7. Place the coconut mixture in the centre of each peach and grill for a few minutes. 8. Serve hot. |
