Really easy - almost idiot proof! I was always looking for a non-dairy recipe, but could never find one. I finally just came up with this on my own, and it tastes great! Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans coconut milk |
2 boxes instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling |
Directions:
1. Whip the coconut milk with the instant pudding. 2. Pour into a freezer container and freeze for several hours. 3. To serve, scrape sorbet with a heavy spoon and serve shavings in a dessert glass. |
