Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup whole coconut milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend.
2. Add water to desired consistency.
3. Placing ingredients in a large cup and using an immersion blender makes clean up quick and easy.
