Coconut Shrimp Balls

It's a busy dish. for the amatuer like me. I like those quick dishes. I really enjoyed the results.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 club soda
1 egg
1 small pinch of sugar
2 cups veg oil
1 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients included coconut
2. add water, oil and egg, club soda (mix well, batter should cling to shrimp)
3. Use a fork and scoop out one shrimp at a time placing into hot oil.
4. Fry until brown, remove and place onto papertowel or something to drain off excess oil. It tasted like it would go great with a honey mustard sauce.
