This is good! Ingredients:
3 cups rum |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup molasses |
32 ounces salmon steaks |
1/4 cup coconut |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 fan on low. 2. Boil rum and sugar for 3 minutes. 3. Cool rum sugar and add molasses. 4. Baste salmon with rum sauce. 5. press coconut on salman and dust with paprika. 6. Bake for 8 minutes basting halfway. 7. Serve with unused sauce on top. |
