Coconut Rum Salmon

Ingredients:
3 cups rum
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
32 ounces salmon steaks
1/4 cup coconut
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 fan on low.
2. Boil rum and sugar for 3 minutes.
3. Cool rum sugar and add molasses.
4. Baste salmon with rum sauce.
5. press coconut on salman and dust with paprika.
6. Bake for 8 minutes basting halfway.
7. Serve with unused sauce on top.
