The milky white colour and the fragrance itself is a great turn on !!! Will take center stage during special occasions for sure !! Ingredients:
1 inch cinnamon , 2 cloves , 2 cardamoms , 1 bay leaf crushed |
1 tsp ginger garlic paste |
2 green chillies , slit |
1 onion sliced |
1 screwpine leaf , knotted ( pandan leaf ) |
2 c raw rice ,washed and drained |
3/4 c coconut milk plus 1 1/4 c water |
salt |
Directions:
1. Fry the spices in little oil . 2. Saute the chillies , onions and the paste . 3. Add the rice and mix well to coat . 4. Place it in a rice cooker along with the milk and water . 5. Check the salt and switch to COOK position . |
