Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. In a medium sized oven proof sauce pan, bring rice, coconut mik and water to a boil.
3. Cover and placed in the oven for 18 minutes.
4. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
5. Serve with Braised Curry Pork.
