Ingredients: 1-Cup Basmati Rice 2-1/2 Cup Water/Coconut milk 1/4 Cup Fresh coconut grated 2-3 Bay leaves 1 onion Chopped 2 Piece cinnamons 2-3 cloves 2 cardamoms 2 tbsp ghee Salt to taste Method: 1) In a microwave safe bowl, add all ingredients and mix well 2) Set the 100% Micro for 20min & stir in between. 3) Serve Hot.
