1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 1/2 cups ritz crackers, rolled fine with rolling pin |
1/4 cup shredded coconut |
coconut syrup (from hawaii) |
Directions:
1. Roll shrimp in coconut syrup. Mix finely rolled Ritz crackers with coconut. Roll coated shrimp in cracker- coconut mix. Shake off excess. Deep fry until golden brown. |
