Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk |
zest of one lime |
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
1/4 cup shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients. 2. Pour into small popsicle molds or 3-ounce paper cups; insert wooden popsicle sticks. 3. Freeze several hours, or until firm. |
