1 (16 ounce) can cream of coconut |
1/3 large ripe pineapple, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups) |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and frappé until smooth. |
