This is such an easy recipe-just mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature and cut into pieces
4 eggs
1 cup flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a deep 9 inch pie plate and set pan on baking dish to avoid spills.
3. Place all ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake for 50 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
