Cookie base topped with coconut & pecans. You can't go wrong with this combo! Ingredients:

1 cup butter |
2 cups flour |
2 cups dark brown sugar |

1 cup dark brown sugar |
4 beaten eggs |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 cup grated coconut |
2 cups chopped pecans |
granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. For the base: 2. Cream butter, flour and sugar 3. Spread with fingers on a 15 x 10 inch baking sheet 4. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes 5. Be careful that it doesn't burn! 6. For the topping: 7. Mix brown sugar. eggs. flour, coconut & pecans 8. Pour over the baked layer base and bake for 20 minutes 9. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with sugar. 10. Cut while still warm 11.
