2 tablespoons flour |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 1/2 cups coconut |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 large eggs, well beaten |

Directions:
1. cream butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour.pat into a 11x7 pan. 2. bake in 375* oven for 10 minutes. 3. combine nuts, coconut, 2 tbls flour, and salt and set aside. 4. combine beaten eggs, 1 cup brown sugar, and vanilla.slowly add coconut/nut mixture and spread on top of partially baked crust. 5. bake 20 minutes. 6. cool and cut into squares. |
