I combined two of my favorites to come up with this delicious pie. Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups coconut |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 9 unbaked pie crust |
Directions:
1. Mix well the first 5 ingredients. 2. Stir in coconut and pecans. 3. Pour into pie crust. 4. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. |
