Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 cup whipping cream |
3 egg yolks |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut |
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Stir in coconut and pecans, and let cool completely. |
