A yummy and very quick dessert.This recipe makes 2 delectable pies. Ingredients:
1 stick of butter ( not margarine) |
2 c. or more coconut |
2 c. of pecans |
3 8 oz.pkgs cream cheese |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
2 graham cracker crusts |
cool whip,optional |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add coconut and pecans. 2. Set aside and let cool. 3. Mix sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese thoroughly 4. Pour into the two graham cracker crust. 5. Put the coconut and pecans on top of the cream cheese mixture. 6. Top with cool whip. |
