Coconut Peach Upside- Down Cake |

Make a cake while enjoying the kids playing out in the yard!! PGG Ingredients:
3t butter |
1/2c packed brown sugar |
1/4 flaked coconut |
1 8oz can peach slices, drained |
marashino cherries |
1 10oz package yellow cake mix( 1 layer size ) |
Directions:
1. Preheat both sides of grill on HIGH for 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, place butter in a 9-inch round baking pan; place on warming rack of grill till melted. 3. Stir in the brown sugar and coconut, spreading evenly on the bottom of pan. 4. Arrange peach slices and cherries atop coconut mixture in pan. 5. Prepare the cake mix batter according to the package instructions. 6. Pour batter over peaches in pan, spreading evenly. 7. Turn both burners of grill to LOW. 8. Place foil pan directly on cooking grids. 9. Close hood and cook for 35 to 40 minutes or till wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean. 10. Cool in pan 3 to 4 minutes; invert onto serving plate. |
