A senior Malaysian chef taught me this recipe on my travels. It has been handed down through the generations and never been published until now.
Ingredients:
1 toast, of your choice
1 fair amount coconut oil
Directions:
1. Make sure that the toast is toast, not bread, by putting it in the toaster before you put the coconut oil on it.
2. Spread coconut oil on the toast.
3. Serve warm (or just eat).
