Great, quick and delicious. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) butter pecan cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butter pecan pudding mix |
1/3 cup oil |
1 cup water |
1 cup nuts (chopped) |
1 cup coconut |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients; pour into a greased bundt pan. 2. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. 3. Frost with cream cheese frosting. |
