                    If you like coconut, as I do, You will make this again and again... and again Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 sachet unflavoured gelatine  |  
                                                3 tbsp water  |  
                                                1 can coconut milk (0.2 litre)  |  
                                                3 cups whipped cream  |  
                                                100 grs desicated coconut  |  
                                                1 cup sugar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Hidrate the gelatine in the water and disolve in bain-marie. 2. Whisk in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients, excluding the whipped cream. 3. Carefully mix the whipped cream and pour into individual dishes/bowls. 4. Decorate with some extra coconut. 5.
