I have not tried this version of traditional milk punch. From Cooking Light. Reminds me of a very grown-up version of a eggnog. Ingredients:
1/3 cup bourbon |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small pitcher, stir until sugar dissolves. 2. Serve over crushed ice, sprinkle evenly with nutmeg. 3. Enjoy. |
