I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut |
2 tablespoons sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon soy flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 egg whites |
3/4 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Combine coconut, sugar substitute, flour and salt in mixing bowl. 2. Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. 4. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until edges of cookies are golden brown. 5. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. |
