I can not bake!! I hate to bake, these are so easy and so delish, if you like Macaroons try this please. So good.
Ingredients:
14 oz sweetened shredded coconut
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 extra large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. combine coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in bowl.
2. Whip egg whites and salt on high speed until soft peaks form
3. Fold egg whites into above mixture.
4. Drop the batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake until golden brown 20-25 min
6. cool and serve.
