Love these! So easy to make-so tasty! I often double or triple the recipe. The dough is VERY stiff. Kids love to help-make sure they wash their hands well, and use hands to mix the dough. So fun! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine coconut, flour, salt. 2. Add milk and vanilla. 3. I find it much easier to use my hands to mix this batter. You can use a large spoon, but it's a real work-out. 4. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased baking sheet or use parchment paper. 5. Bake at 350 until golden, watch well-they burn very easily. 6. Check at about 13-15 minutes. 7. Enjoy! |
