These cookies are so easy to make and just as easy to eat. If you love coconut, then you'll love these cookies. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. 2. Grease a cookie sheet. 3. Beat egg whites, vanilla, and salt till soft peaks form. 4. Gradually add sugar, beating till stiff peaks form. 5. Fold in coconut. 6. Drop from one teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. 7. Bake in a 325 degree oven about 20 minutes. 8. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy eating coconut macaroon cookies. |
