An instant dessert ! Different jams and liqueurs can be tried out here like brandy and apricot jam, cherry jam and rum etc. This also could be made in advance but macaroons will soften. Ingredients:
200 g coconut macaroons |
300 ml thickened cream |
200 g natural yoghurt |
2 tablespoons strawberry jam |
1 tablespoon kirsch |
Directions:
1. Crush macaroons , place 1/2 into 4 dessert glasses. 2. Whip cream till soft peaks form, beat in yoghurt, jam and kirsch. 3. Spoon half cream mix over macaroons. 4. Top with remaining macaroons, then put remaining cream on top. |
