Got this recipe from a condensed milk recipe booklet.
Ingredients:
3 1/2-4 cups desiccated dry coconut powder
1 1/2-2 cups condensed milk
Directions:
1. Keep aside 50g coconut powder.
2. Add remaining coconut powder to condensed milk and cook on a slow fire till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Cool and roll into small laddoos with buttered or oiled hands.
4. Roll them in coconut powder and serve.
