Makes 20 laddoos . Ingredients:
3 cups or 250 g shredded coconut or dried coconut powder |
1 can condensed milk or |
1 cup milk and |
2 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Boil the milk in a pan. 2. When it starts boiling, add 2 cups shredded coconut and mix well. When it gets thick , add the sugar. 3. Stir continuously on medium flame until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. 4. Remove and make small balls. 5. Take the remaining coconut on a plate. 6. Roll the balls in coconut to make laddoos. |
