That's an easy and quick recipe.With only 4 ingredients ,you can make a delicious sweet in minutes. Ingredients:
1 cup dry milk powder |
1 cup finely grated / desicated coconut |
5-6 tbsp condensed milk(as required) |
extra |
finely grated / desicated coconut(as required) |
sliced pistachios/almonds |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Make small balls of the mixture,about the size of a table tennis ball. 3. Roll the balls in the coloured desicated coconut.Place sliced pistachios/almonds on top. 4. Keep in refrigerator once done. 5. NOTE: 6. You can use plain coconut as well.I used colored to add some color to this.Just add a drop of food colur to the coconut and mix with a spoon until you get your desired colour. |
