Melt in your mouth treats!! I use parchment paper sprayed with veggie spray (Pam), have never had them stick or burn. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup fine coconut |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until they stand in peaks. 2. Gradually add sugar, beat again until stiff. 3. Carefully fold in coconut. 4. Drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and sprayed with veggie spray. 5. Bake in a 250°F oven for 25 minutes. 6. Do not preheat oven. |
