4 ounces water |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup jasmine rice |
Directions:
1. Bring coconut milk, water and salt to a simmer. 2. Add rice, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. 3. OR. 4. Use ricemaker. |
