I am obsessed with eating young coconuts right now (the kind that are white on the outside [it's the husk]) They're filled with tons of coconut water, much more than the harder, mature coconuts.
Ingredients:
16 ounces fresh coconut water
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons vanilla (optional)
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a glass. 2. Stir. 3. Drink.
