A very rich desert. Good warmed al a mode with chocolate syrup drizzled on top. Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup sweetened coconut, shredded |
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/4 cup butter, melted or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 dash salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. PREP: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x9x2 pan. 2. MIXING: Combine first three ingredients. Add milk, butter, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. 3. BAKING: Bake for 25 minutes. Cool well before cutting. |
