Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice |
1/2 cup coconut milk |
1 1/2 cups water |
2 teaspoons thai coconut curry broth (mix) |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Following package directions, cook rice with water, Coconut Milk and Coconut Ginger Soup Mix. 2. When done, toss in chopped parsley and serve. |
