Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons thai coconut curry broth (mix)
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Following package directions, cook rice with water, Coconut Milk and Coconut Ginger Soup Mix.
2. When done, toss in chopped parsley and serve.
