I love coconut!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 cup margarne
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Combine milk, syrup and margarine in a small saucepan. Heat over hot water, over very low heat just until margarine melts. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. Pour sugar into mixing bowl. Add margarine mixture and stir until all the sugar is moistened For into a ball and work with hands until smooth. Knead in coconut. Press into a greased pan and chill until set. Cut into squares.
