Perfect for a white layer cake! Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream |
2 cups white sugar |
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut |
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers. |
