This coffee drink is low in calories but tastes great. You can also try substituting the ice for a frozen banana and using banana extract in place of the rum. Ingredients:
1 cup soymilk |
3 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules |
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/4 teaspoon rum extract |
ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and add ice as needed for your desired consistency. 2. Blend for 30 seconds on high or until smooth. |
