This recipe goes with Four-Layer Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 (6-oz.) packages frozen flaked coconut, thawed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Cook first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly, 12 to 15 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in coconut and vanilla. Let cool 30 minutes or until completely cool.
