Nice light coconut custard pie that makes it's own crust. Ingredients:
2c. milk |
1/2c sugar |
4 eggs |
1/4c. butter-melted |
11/2t. vanilla |
1/2c. bisquick |
1c. coconut |
Directions:
1. Put everything in a blender and blend at lowest speed for 3 mins. 2. Let stand 5 mins. 3. Grease pie pan. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle coconut on top 4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. |
