This is a pie that is filled with coconut. It is a traditional custard pie made easily for small parties. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (6 ounce) package shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into a 8 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is brown and custard is firm. |
