A rich dessert. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup sifted flour |
1/2 tsp. baking powder |
2 cups whole milk |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. 2. Blend ingredients together for 1 minute. 3. Bake until set and knife blade inserted comes out clean (About 45 min.) 4. DO NOT OVER BAKE |
