Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil |
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine coconut milk and curry powder in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 4 minutes. Add salt, red pepper, and basil. Cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat, and stir in lime juice. |
