Chocolate Crunchies are commonly used to make up a layer of ice cream cake . They are generally sandwiched in between two layers of ice cream . Ingredients:
175 g butter |
125 g caster sugar |
200 g flour and pinch of salt , sifted |
100 g dessicated coconut |
100 g chocolate pwd |
2 tbsp honey |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy . 2. Whisk in the flour , dessicated coconut , chocolate pwd , honey and essence . 3. Grease a baking tray . 4. Place a spoonful of mixture on the tray , leaving enough space in between . 5. Bake at 180 deg for 15 mins until the cookies are pale golden colour . 6. Cool before removing from trays . |
