Coconut Creamiest Pie

Easy delicious coconut pie.
Ingredients:
1 pie shell, baked according to directions, cooled
2 cups milk
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package coconut pudding mix, instant
1 cup flaked coconut
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Pour 2 c milk and both packages of pudding mix in bowl. With mixer or whisk, mix until thickened (about 2 minutes). Stir in coconut flakes. Pour into prepared pie shell.
2. Meringue:.
3. Whip egg whites in glass bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix in sugar. Stir in 1/2 c coconut flakes. Spread over pie. Sprinkle with remaing coconut.
4. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Keep pie refrigerated.
